Our Camps at Top Velocity are not for everyone. If your looking for a short cut or quick fix this is not for you. We train players in both baseball and softball that are striving to be the best possible player that they can be. You will first be evaluated on the first day and given a thorough report on your biomechanics, mobility, power, speed, balance, and velocity. After this we spend the weekend covering the agenda found below under Camp Schedule. This schedule will onboard you to our programs and techniques as well as nutrition. You will then have access to our training app to train all year from your home location with the abilty to come back and train direct with us throughout the year if you choose. Training at a distance you would have access to send us video for evaluation as well as other items.
***We zoom with Top V Head Quarters in Louisiana for those unable to fly down. This lets you take the camp and see Brent and Dr. Pats talks and ask questions direct while you do all the activities at our York Pa. location
