Our Camps at Top Velocity are not for everyone. If your looking for a short cut or quick fix this is not for you. We train players in both baseball and softball that are striving to be the best possible player that they can be.  You will first be evaluated on the first day and given a thorough report on your biomechanics, mobility, power, speed, balance, and velocity. After this we spend the weekend covering the agenda found below under Camp Schedule. This schedule will onboard you to our programs and techniques as well as nutrition. You will then have access to our training app to train all year from your home location with the abilty to come back and train direct with us throughout the year if you choose. Training at a distance you would have access to send us video for evaluation as well as other items.

***We zoom with Top V Head Quarters in Louisiana for those unable to fly down. This lets you take the camp and see Brent and Dr. Pats talks and ask questions direct while you do all the activities at our York Pa. location

Camp Schedule

Day 1

  • 10:00 am - 3X Evaluation: joint mobility, speed, strength, power, and biomechanical analysis

  • 11:00 am - 3X Biomechanics Analysis: Motion capture and

  • biometric analysis

  • 1:00 pm - Lunch Break

  • 2:00 pm - 3X Pitching Presentation: 3x pitching mechanics,

  • science, and profiles

  • 3:00 pm - 3X Pitching Beginner and level 1 drills

  • 5:30-6:00 pm - Questions and Answers

Day 2

  • 10:00 am - Nutrition Presentation: Science, supplementation, and meal planning

  • 11:00 am - 3X Mobility and Corrective Training

  • 11:30 am - 3X Strength and Conditioning Presentation

  • 12:00 am - USAW Instruction and Analysis: Coaching through proper techinque for all olympic lifts

  • 1:00 pm - Lunch Break

  • 2:00 pm - 3X Pitching level 1+ drills

  • 5:30 -6:00 pm - 3X Pitching Programming Walk-Through

Goal: We will be covering our core principles on bio-mechanics at Top Velocity that our Academy members get all year. Each day will consist of warming up, throwing medballs/baseballs, strength & conditioning, and arm care. Along side these items we will cover pick offs for 12 and up, proper fielding techniques, pitch grips, and mindset/approach.

Times: 9-12 0R 1-4 OR 4-7

*2 Top V coaches instructing

Ages: 8-18 and College

*You will be in 3 groups 8-11 and 12-18 and College

*Skill level could bump up younger player
